3.3 One Account Policy. Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jcash88 reserves the right to close all but the oldest account, void all Bonus balances, and withhold any winnings derived from Bonus funds across the duplicate accounts.
3.4 Account Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and maintain it accordingly. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jcash88 will not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.
3.5 KYC Verification. Real-money deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay require completion of jcash88's KYC verification process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal rights pending verification.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jcash88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
4.2 You must notify jcash88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Notification should be made via the Live Chat support channel accessible through the Platform.
4.3 You agree not to share your Account login credentials with any third party. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
4.4 jcash88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Users who have not enabled 2FA accept an elevated security risk and jcash88 accepts reduced responsibility for losses attributable to that choice.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jcash88 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Deposit Minimums. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified in a promotion. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Wallet.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment provider availability. jcash88 targets a processing time of 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during public holidays or high-volume periods.
5.4 Withdrawal Verification. jcash88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. 5.5 Currency. All Platform transactions are denominated in MYR. Exchange rate costs, where applicable due to the User's bank or payment provider, are the sole responsibility of the User.
5.6 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. jcash88 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of RM 10 per month to inactive account balances after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.
6.1 All Bonuses offered by jcash88 are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. These terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 jcash88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time. If a Bonus is cancelled after being credited to a User's account, the Bonus amount will be removed and any winnings derived solely from that Bonus balance will be voided.
6.3 Abuse of Bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting with Bonus funds, coordinated abuse across multiple accounts, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes a prohibited activity and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
6.4 Promotional offers may be targeted to specific user segments based on account activity, deposit history, or geographic location. Not all offers are available to all Users.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. It is the User's responsibility to verify all bet details — selection, stake, odds — before confirming a bet. jcash88 will not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances of demonstrable technical error by the Platform.
7.2 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a live casino game, the round in progress at the time of the error will be settled based on the game state recorded by the jcash88 server at the time of the failure. The Platform's recorded data is authoritative.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability. jcash88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where operationally practicable.
12.4 jcash88 is not liable for any losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet disruption, natural disasters, or regulatory action by governmental authorities.
jcash88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email to the registered address and/or via a notification displayed on the Platform upon login. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease use of the Platform.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jcash88 holds its operating licence.
